10 Years in Hospitality

 

We have been involved in the hospitality industry for a combined 10 years, most recently as owner/operators of Harbour View Motel here in Picton for 4 years. We want to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable stay in Picton so if you're not sure which apartment would be best for you please do call us for a chat.

1. Self-Contained Apartments

Think of our apartments as a home-away-from home. All have full kitchens, laundry facilities (most have dryers), all linen and bedding provided, tea/coffee/hot chocolate making supplies including fresh milk.

2. Leisure / Entertainment

We offer 50+ SKY TV channels are available in all apartments. Oxley Apartments (this includes our Waterfront Luxury Four Bedroom) have access to the on-site gym, and the three Luxury Waterfront Dockside Apartments have access to the on-site pool. All our guests are able to use Picton Gym for free, ask us how when you check in.

Our laidback town is the starting point for many Marlborough Sounds adventures, whether on land or sea. Click here for more information on how to fill your days, you may find you want to extend your stay!

For our guests convenience whilst walking the Queen Charlotte Track or visiting the Marlborough Sounds, we can offer secure luggage storage in our lockup area.

We are happy to assist with advice and tour bookings for local activities, either before or during your stay.

Each apartment has one off-street carpark included. If you have more than one car please contact us in advance as we may be able to arrange additional carparks.
