Our Waterfront apartment offers you relaxed unique self-catering waterfront accommodation right on the water's edge in the heart of the Bay and Marina, Waikawa Picton. An ideal waterfront location for your relaxing holiday in a magical setting or if you are just passing through on business. The apartment is fully self-contained and beautifully furnished with all the modern conveniences (including Wireless broadband internet access and SKY TV ). Your apartment has its own private balcony from where to enjoy the views, overlooking Waikawa Bay, the marina and out into the Queen Charlotte Sound. We have a salt water swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. In unparalleled location, you can relax or take a stroll around the marina, enjoy lunch in one waterfront cafes; the Jolly Roger bar & cafe or choose one of the many Marlborough activities we have in close vicinity e.g. the Queen Charlotte Track, sea kayaking, boat hire and fishing trip in the Queen Charlotte Sound or visit the Marlborough Vineyards

Idyllic Tui (sleeps 8)
Nestle in a quiet area just off Waikawa Road, this attractive home is ideal for a family get away. Offering four bedrooms; with the master comprising of a super king bed, an ensuite and an outlook onto the beautiful garden. Two rooms hosting queen beds in each and the fourth room a twin share, there is room for everyone. (And of course, there is a second bathroom and laundry!)
The kitchen, dining and family room are open plan which offers the opportunity for the entire family to come together, with a formal lounge next door for the adults to retire to once the kids are in bed!
Both rooms also open out onto a beautiful courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the tranquillity of the gardens.
Less than one minute’s walk away is the Parklands Reserve playground, with flying foxes, swings and slides it is equipped to keep the kids entertain. Or stay at home and enjoy the Marlborough sun either from the courtyard or the garden at the back.
A five minute drive to Picton and a 3 minute drive to both Waikawa and Picton Marinas.
