Offering four bedrooms; with the master comprising of a super king bed, an ensuite and an outlook onto the beautiful garden. Two rooms hosting queen beds in each and the fourth room a twin share, there is room for everyone. (And of course, there is a second bathroom and laundry!)

The kitchen, dining and family room are open plan which offers the opportunity for the entire family to come together, with a formal lounge next door for the adults to retire to once the kids are in bed!

Both rooms also open out onto a beautiful courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the tranquillity of the gardens.

Less than one minute’s walk away is the Parklands Reserve playground, with flying foxes, swings and slides it is equipped to keep the kids entertain. Or stay at home and enjoy the Marlborough sun either from the courtyard or the garden at the back.

A five minute drive to Picton and a 3 minute drive to both Waikawa and Picton Marinas.
